Richard Westerberg,
Chairman
Richard Westerberg is currently
serving as Chairman of the Franklin County Commission, a position he
assumed in January of 2007. He also serves on the Idaho State Board
of Education. Richard is a graduate of Utah State University and
served four year in the U.S. Army in a number of leadership
positions including Company Commander.
Richard was on the Preston
District Board of Education for twelve years. He and his wife Julie
live in Preston and are the parents of six children.


Scott Workman
R
Scott Workman is a lifelong native of Franklin County. He
is a graduate of Ricks College with further education from U
of I. He owns and operates a dairy farm and also farms
with his family. He was elected to the Distrcit 2
commission seat and took office in January 2009. He is
currently serving a two year term. He has been on the FSA
board and also a member of the state transportation
committee. He enjoys serving the public and looking for
the best and simple ways to solve issues. His motto is if
something isn't broken, why try to fix it! He and his
wife Robin have 3 boys.

Robert Dirk Bowles
Robert Dirk Bowles’ roots grow deep in Franklin
County. He owns and operates Bowles Dairy in Fairview on the very plot
of land his great-grandparents settled in 1897.
Dirk has served on the Franklin County Planning and Zoning Board, Cub
River Irrigation Board, Boy Scouts of America as well as many years of
service in his church.
He was elected Franklin County Commissioner, District 3 in November 2006
for a four year term.
Dirk and his wife, Patricia, have four children.
